When RemedioVet approached us, they were set on taking their pet moving services and veterinary brand to the digital marketplace.

They offer pet health products and their pet moving services accommodate both domestic and international flights. And their vision is to make it as easy to buy vet-approved necessities as ordering from your mobile phone. Along with easy to book pet flight assistance.

But to get that to work, they required more than an eCommerce website. We believed that they required a whole functioning platform that could do everything in the background just as smoothly.

This involved empowering their team to handle orders, maintain product inventory, monitor stock and keep up with day-to-day operations. All that without the need to use a developer for every minor adjustment. They required simplicity on the front end and total control on the back end. That's where our journey began.

Before writing a single line of code, we sat with the client to understand how they manage orders, stock, and customer communication. It was all to build an understanding around their real workflows.

Custom-built backend with Laravel + Livewire to give fast, reactive performance without relying on bulky plugins or bloated templates.

Designed the admin panel for ease, not overwhelm. Everything from product listings to order fulfilment was arranged logically. We wanted their team to manage operations without constant tech support.

Used Bootstrap and jQuery to ensure clean front-end performance, especially on mobile. The experience had to feel seamless for both customers and admins.

Integrated real-time updates to reflect inventory changes, order status updates, and stock availability without delays. It is indeed critical for eCommerce reliability.

Kept it lightweight and scalable. The structure was built to grow with the brand. That too with no unnecessary complexity at launch but room for new features when needed.
