Masaya Massage is an Australian wellness brand. Based in Australia, they’re known for tailored massage therapies and handpicked wellness products. Their entire philosophy is built around one idea: caring should feel easy.

From the moment you book a session to the last drop of oil used during your massage, they keep it calm, personal and seamless.

Challenges They Were Facing

Masaya’s in-person care was five-star. But their website? Not quite.

They reached out to us with one goal.

Make the digital experience feel as thoughtful and smooth as the massage itself.

Here’s what was holding them back:

Clunky Booking Process
Their form was basic. So clients couldn’t choose therapists or session types easily. Plus the staff had to manually chase bookings and confirmations.
Health Forms Were Offline
Clients filled out paper forms at reception. That made the process time-consuming and impossible to review ahead of time.
No Way to Highlight Products
Masaya also sells wellness products. But there was no smart way to show these during booking. As a result, most clients didn’t know about their products.
Outdated Look & Feel
Their website didn’t reflect their calm and modern brand. And it was like a step back from the experience they wanted to give.
Privacy Concerns
With health data involved, they needed a secure way to handle sensitive info. But they didn’t want to make it feel clinical.

What We Built

We rebuilt Masaya’s booking flow, website and backend from the ground up. And the result was a digital experience that feels as simple and relaxing as their service itself.

Smarter Booking without the Friction

We created a fully custom booking system, built into their WordPress site. Now clients can:

Choose their therapist, treatment, date, and time
Enter their health details securely during checkout
Add optional wellness products to enhance their session

It’s mobile-friendly, loads instantly, and flows like a conversation, not a typical form.

Product Upsell That’s Subtle, Not Salesy

Wellness products are now featured naturally in the booking process. There are no popups or pressure on clients to buy them. We gave gentle prompts at the right time. Like suggesting a calming oil for a deep tissue massage.

Admin Tools That Help

For the seamless behind the scenes process, we gave Masaya a dashboard that works as smoothly as the front-end. The admin can now:

Manage therapists and time slots
Track inventory and product sales
View client notes and health info
Auto-generate PDF invoices (via TCPDF)
Send automated confirmations

Health Forms, Digitised and Private

We built a discreet, secure health intake form that clients fill out during booking. Therapists now have the info they need before the session. And nothing’s left to chance or paper.

A New Look That Represents Masaya

The updated website mirrors Masaya’s core values. To align with their services, we used soft colours and gave a lot of white space to signify warmth and calmness. We chose clear design choices that would keep users relaxed, not confused.

Maintained one-source control. No jumping between tools. All management like products, orders, users, inventory could be controlled from one secure admin dashboard.
